What is Kitchen Table?

At Kitchen Table, we're combining the elements of a daily wellness routine - reflection, intention-setting, meditation, and journaling - with community and connection.

Our 8-week wellness workshops are the main entry point into everything KT.


After signing up for the workshop of your choice, you'll be placed into a cohort that meets weekly over the course of 2 months. Think of the workshop as an 8-week reset button - you'll reconnect with the highest version of yourself, and meet others committed to doing the same. 


During each session, we'll listen to and share reflections from the previous week, then present the prompt for the week ahead. This is a no-judgment, perfection-doesn't-exist zone; all we ask is that you lean into the vulnerability! Your cohort is there to catch you.

Once you complete a workshop, you're officially a KT member. Membership perks include access to our speaker series, discounts on KT products and merch, and the opportunity to submit your writing for consideration in the upcoming Kitchen Table book.
